Do the Tash Dash to Beat Male Cancer this November


Do you want to help us Beat Male Cancer in Brighton & Hove this November?

Then why not take part in the annual fundraising TASH DASH / TINY TASH DASH along Hove seafront this year?

You can walk, jog or run 5k to help us Beat Male Cancer (500m for Tiny Tash Dash)

The races start at Hove Lawns Café, 11:30 am. The entry fee is £12 for the Tash Dash and  Under 14’s can take part in the 500m Tiny Tash Dash at 11:00am for £5.

Any man, woman, boy or girl can enter as long as you grow, draw or stick on a TASH and are happy to run, jog, stroll or even crawl along the route.

You can get sponsored for your hairy feat (and your hairy face) and help us raise some much needed cash for the ‘Beat Male Cancer’ Campaign

We’ll be awarding prizes on the day for:

  • The Most Rash Dash (fastest runner)
  • The Most Flash Tash (best dressed)
  • The Most Cash Splashed (biggest fundraiser).

‘Beat Male Cancer’ is a health promotion campaign run by The Men’s Network in Brighton & Hove that aims to save men’s lives through raising public awareness, encouraging earlier detection and promoting better care for male cancer patients.
