Go Bananas For Men’s Mental Health Week

Brighton & Hove is going bananas this week in celebration of Men’s Mental Health Week (Monday April 4th – Sunday April 1oth) organized by The Men’s Network.

There will be a host of activities ranging from workshops about Helping Men Get Helpthrough to a Dads’ BIG Day Out and a fundraising night of Comedy Madness.

The Men’s Network has chosen the banana as the symbol for the week to challenge some of the stigma attached to mental health issues and encourage more people to talk openly about Men’s Mental Health.

For a full lis of events see our What’s On List here.
