Have you tried one of the Spirituality and Men workshops that run every month in Brighton & Hove yet?
The workshops are organized by Rodney Browne from Bevendean who ran 4 workshops in 2011 whilst taking part in a leadership training program run by The Men’s Network, because he is committed to giving something back to his local community (read about last year’s Community Leaders Program here)
The workshops are still held once a month and will use meditation, discussion and laughter to help participants to explore spiritual themes like communication; the changing face of men and masculinity and spirituality .
All workshops take place at the Cornerstone Community Centre, Church Road, Hove, BN3 2FL - click here for a map - and run monthly on Saturdays from 2pm to 4.30pm. The workshops are FREE with light refreshments provided and contributions are welcome to help keep these monthly workshops running.
