Men in Brighton & Hove are being given the opportunity to explore their spiritual side with the help of three FREE workshops hosted by a local school teacher.
Rodney Browne from Bevendean planned the workshops whilst taking part in a leadership training program run by The Men’s Network, because he is committed to giving something back to his local community (read about our Community Leaders Program here)
The afternoon workshops will be held once a month from October to December and will use meditation, discussion and laughter to help participants to explore spiritual themes like the identity, the inner fire and the spirit of sharing.
The workshops are being supported by the Brighton branch of The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University, an international learning community which has 825,000 regular students and a centre in Brighton. The Brahma Kumaris encourage individuals to live by their highest values, vision and purpose and believes that a personal commitment to self-transformation can help create peace and a better world for all.
All three FREE workshops will take place at the Cornerstone Community Centre, Church Road, Hove, BN3 2FL - click here for a map - and run monthly on Saturdays from 2pm to 4.30pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
To book your free place today on one or more of these workshops today call 01273 279481 or email brighton@uk.bkwsu.org.
